Awhile back I have stated the same issue you have been pandering for the last 3 weeks. I agree, when i seen the Reg.D I knew Frank was in need of funds. I even told everyone something was going to happen because of this. And it did, wasnt much of an impact but perhaps he made enough to settle his needs. if he did he just about made 30% of $$ of what he issued. I know you are right about Frank not mentioning the issued shares, I believe that that part just slipped his mind at the CC due to other things and events that GDHI is going to do. BK Chips was on Franks mind. DH i agree with you to a limit. This Company will prevail and we will see future growth. I dont think sales are slow, i think he just needs working capital, he added another 200-300 stores that requires more trucks, inventory space, payroll, inventory & shipping cost. And recieving the checks are not right away the purchase invoince may not be paid anywhere from 30 to 60 to 90 days from sale or reciept depending how or if a contiongency is set up between frank & vendor. And another stretch from 500 stores to 750 store by Q3 is another big cost so maybe expect another issue of shares and a PR to cash it in. Dilution is Franks Solution? perhaps.
Now for My own opinion. - I may be wrong but a r/s will make it better for the company and they have to issue more shares in order for this to grow by the hand of the shareholder.Sure Frank will lose the trust and the faith of the shareholder but money talks. Too many OS to make money here, sure it looks good from our position, but not for the company need and growth. JMHO.
I dont care to hear a retort just an Opinion not set in stone or bashing.
