WOW....I am not surprised. Did anyone read and catch this part of the complaint: "the debtors Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLC were the sole negotiators to the global settlement" even though we already knew that, it blows me away that almost 6 months after the rape of the system and presenting these bogus POS POR's we are still here, square one!
THJMW lets put that gavel to use and come down hard on these crooks, this is outright disrespectful to the court and beyond the obvious delay tactics, what is JPM giving these fools? Do they actually think JD is going to step up to bail them out?
Is this pure manipulation of the system for delay as to a real settlement? If so, this is pure balls to clearly disregard a direct order from the judge.
