The fundamental difference in our views is in your statement below: most cost effective. If there is something more cost effective please name it. If there is a science that has a similar curative value today please name it.

You won't be able to because that judge spelled it out in her brief shooting ESC in the foot. It was a distant 3rd in the lineup with no success stories only promise. ASCs and IPCs aren't speculative they cure and there is no other treatment available today like them. As to costs, is it cheaper to grab it from the NMDP or store it privately for the family? Again, we know the NMDP resale numbers and we know for a fact which is cheaper today.

No this submarine rises soon. The government is predictable in that money allocated to projects has to be spent; all of it. Most contractors in the know understand if you give it back your project gets underfunded the next yr or eliminated. The judges ruling hampers ESCs but advances ASCs and IPCs because they cure today and all others are speculative. We wait for politicians to return to DC to win hearts and minds with cures. The VP in a video I watched earlier in August 2010 made a speech about what is on the agenda when the President returns to DC: Medicine cures, Energy and Science Discovery.

They will be in court for a couple of years over the ESC ruling. Meanwhile, ASCs and IPCs will have cured hundreds of thousands without debate. This submarine rises and may go completely vertical soon if the President makes the statement that we have to cure folks with the best science available todate.

What you fail to see imo is that to offer a cure the stem has to be stored. The long wait is just about over, the debate is done and it is time to spend what has been allocated each yr to cure the sick. Out the gates in September: Sickle Cell Anemia, Thalassemia, Leukemia and a couple of other diseases and disorders are cured with what we store. We just wait for the script to be written and the insurance companies must pay. Every 6 min someone in the US is diagnosed with Leukemia. Demand for storage will be up very soon and the longstanding wait over who pays is over. The insurance groups pay. The Q is does CBAI have the contract with hospitals and transplant centers?

Cell storage is recognized as not only the solution but the most cost effective solution, private and government.
