All valid points but keep in mind a run, is a run, is a run and we wait here flat. Someone became excited about their investment today while others continue to cope with the dangers of becoming battle-weary. If we are at war then lets conquer. I played Army "Hurry up and Wait" and from my personal experience nobody waits in bliss. It is taxing on the troops. This was a volunteer draft I signed on for so liquidate isn't something I feel is necessary. I do wait hoping for our day of battle. Will this submarine come to the surface for a furlow from deep sea operations? I believe it will or I would've liquidated for the loss. Again, the Q is when will we rise? When will the strategic investor take the same risk in CBAI.OB that some here have excersized? August is just about done will we see that reward or has it been delayed? These are important. I believe Matt is credible but the market is not responding to hints, clues or projections. The market understands the small print the safe harbor regarding the speculation. We need the contract, alliance, partnership with an entity that will usher in major investors.
August is wrapping up. The fact remains if bioinsurance is the major plan w/o a contract we have a very long road ahead imo. When will this sub come up for air? I can tell you with certainty; Not today.
