AD, Between you and me I don't think your broker did you any favors with this IPO. Basically you'll pay $20.00 upfront and after fees walk away with 19.06 in net asset value. In addition, no dividend will be paid in the first 60 to 90 days cutting your first year yield. Just my opinion.

Yes, I still have the Smart car and the article sums up my feelings fairly well. I would not buy another but I like driving it a round and still get stopped often in parking lots by people that want to ask about it. In defense, what do people expect for $12K?
