Hey Joe ! Oooh do I envy my GA. farm boy. The best place I ever lived was on a working 60 acre farm.

re the bond, I took the word of my trusted broker ( i know, a difficult concept ) on that divi.
Hopefully it will be put in ink b4 long and I can praise his accuracy yet again.
