I get it, but we'll see how onlookers respond to this "guarantee" by CBAI. I am wondering if it will be interpreted in a more charitable light by families.

I can see some families interpreting that as "we are not snake-oil salesmen".

It is also a pretty bold and confident statement for CBAI to make, regardless of how mainstream traditional hospitals handle these types of things.

Many of us know you are more likely to get sicker in hospital, rather than better. This guarantee is specific to CBAI and the use of its stored cells.
