This O/S talk may have started because I shared with the board the increase of +150M shares in the O/S from the 12th or 13th on my call to T/A from yesterday.... Some say the share count hasn't changed in "months" lol, and some don't know how preferreds work, or how they can feed a O/S by converting, all while retiring commons. No big deal, we just need more eyes on the S/S imo,

Also a current S/S report would be appropriate imo
