But after what I have read on the internet about IBR, I would much rather speak to the Program Manager for CNN Headline News of the Seattle area for confirmation. I am King of Skepticalville and when I did some DD on IBR on internet, I didn't like what I found, my main concern is that Frank got what he paid for from IBR.
