Interesting how that played out in the long run. Too bad she felt the need to do that.

Unfortunately for the guy here is that he was hired because he was a friend of our boss. We are getting a new boss (thank goodness!) in the near future and I have a feeling the writing is on the wall for him as well. The saddest part of his problem is that he is bright and likeable, but won't take guidance from several of us who have tried to help him. He had no programming experience when he came here two years ago and in all fairness was given projects way over his head (boss's mistake). However, his ultimate downfall will be his stubborness and unwillingness to learn.
