I don't think Matt has ever categorically stated anything. Either in the PR's or when answering on Facebook. He probably can't answer most of the questions because of the SEC. I'm feeling strung along. This month, next month...the next 4 quarters. He hasn't said dulution is over just like he hasn't categorically denied a R/S has been ruled out. He's said that it could be under consideration.

Mr. Longs suppositions are interesting but I'm feeling like he is way out ahead of anything going on at CBAI. Maybe the Afford A Cord program is as simple as Matt stated. It's simply to give families another choice. If an insurance company came in and said they would store 200 samples a month for 5 years the wholesale storage space might be well under the Afford A Cord price. I'm still not clear on exactly what the initial costs are but it seems the bigger you are the lower you can charge and still make money. Walmart
