You might be right.As anyone could tell I was more then pissed regarding the quarterly report.I think God it was not halted and whoever wanted out like me was able to get something of what was left of there money.

I have several problems with what happened.The float looks like it doubled when the CEO was telling me the whole time it was not the company selling shares.Second he told me the Q2 number were better then Q1.

I expected total revenues to be better.I might be reading it wrong but it does not matter because I am out.

If the o/s had not increased and it only showed the 8 million buyback shares I most likely would have held my shares still praying for a miracle.

The key to this all is when did the company sell all these shares.When were any agreements signed to purchase,transfer ect if any were.Surely it was not durning the time of the buyback or when they first stated all the short hype.


Hopefully for all in the public that owns this the SEC will find no fault and some day there could be a hope to recover losses.I want no more so no need to beat a horse to death.
