Significant news, NPHC is saying that they will not mkt Nyloxin at retail.

They told this to an investor, see below.

I can assure you that are absolutely no plans by NPHC to market Nyloxin at retail here in the US. It was only mentioned as a most unlikely alternative if NPHC would want out of their contract with XCHO and I agree with you that this scenario would be very damaging to both parties involved.

I have requested an update from Rik in regards to this whole matter to squelch all this rumors once and for all. I will report back to the boards when and if I hear back from him. FYI - I have urged him to initiate an investor conference call to address all the current issues at hand.
