In my opinion from tracking other buyouts in hot markets, a market cap of $3B to $10B ($10 to $30 per share) is certainly plausable. We would need significant contracts (maybe $250M to $500M)

As I understand, Forced Protection turned down a buyout offer of $30 at one time.
