stock... i agree.. i was giving it the earliest possible date... the fact of the matter is nothing "new" gets done in china in the two weeks preceding the ghost festival...it is considered a dark time.. and not good for any beginnings.. on the 24th there will be a dragon dance.. which signifies the end of the time when the deceased remain on this earth.. after this dragon dance.,.. the good times begin...

so the earliest is the 25th...and it will be any day after that...it might even be the 30th .. which according to the feng-shui calendar is the day for transactions
