Joe and Vargas saying the devil made them do it has never worked for anybody else before that I am aware of, why should it work for them? REALLY weak defense imo

"PS...The reason I feel Joe and Vargas think they have a strong case is because Jimenez and Huff agreed to initiating the off-set invoice stuff, well before Joe and Vargas also did it. They will use (if I were their attorney) the argument that they were coached and instructed as employees under Huff to do exactly as told and were trained that this was a common and legal practice....jmo."
