WW I disagree, I don't think that SNSR can get a significant contract while under cloud of doubt.

Miranda made a huge bet in our defense that Joe and Vargas would capitulate...and they have not. We are tied to them like a string and they know it.

Huge reason...IMO...why there has or won't be a settlement before trial.

IMO...Miranda figured, if Huff and Jimenez turned turtle, Joe and Vargas would...then we as shareholders would be a non-culpable entity. Wrong moose breath. Once the latter flipped it only made the entrenchment of not doing so that much stronger for Joe et.al and their attorneys. Must be costing them a pile of money from where I have no idea to defend this...but they apparently have survived.

For we shareholders, the end game could be not pretty if this goes to trial. That includes ALL shareholders of record or non-record.

The order of events to date has been, giving in to civil penalties brought by the SEC, then Dept. of Justice leveling their penalties..in that order.

IMO again.
