Interesting info I heard, Vera Bradley's IPO is moving forward and should occur within 60-90 days. The IPO was annouced back in July but I just heard that things are moving rapidly and equity money committments are lining up.

Now, Vera Bradley specializes in womens purses, carry on bags and high end luggage - a very specialized niche segment that plans to raise $175,000,000.

My point is INCA is sticking to its business model (another niche segment) and hopefully their hard work equals a sale of the company, private equity or merger.
