'Our-Street' I can see from recent posts with me about trading companies like BZTG, that you are aware of whats involved in trading "pinksheet" stocks on the OTC board. I'm not surprised you agree with the statement, "if any investor considers a companies press release as false or even fraudulent, I would simply suggest moving on to some other company to invest in." Many less experienced investors in these OTC markets misinterpret these pr's for fact and get burned in the end. Then call the business a scam, not fully understanding how this market works.
AS for your question, "Can you explain on what basis you form your belief? All the promises of dividends, stock repurchases etc I can find have turned out to be lies."
The answer is quite simple when you understand pinksheets unique lack of regulations; and this so called forward looking statement policy. It basically keeps you from holding on to any past statements ( eg. past pr statements ), and makes you concentrate specifically and only on (BZTG) current pr's for review. To stop holding on to the past, and focus specifically on future developments; with the knowledge that when forward looking policy is attached, that all statements contain in the pr maybe without fact. Or they are simply estimates, assumptions, or possiblities being stated by these or this company (BZTG).

The Stock Market always does what you think it will, but rarely when.
