I totally agree with your statement

If any investor considers a companies press release as false or even fraudulent, I would simply suggest moving on to some other company to invest in.

And this is where people can gain insight to make an informed decision. I like helping out in that process.

As to your last statement

I believe this company recently stating; "There will be no new issue of stock, and the dividend will still occur when the company makes a shift to an Asian Exchange."

Can you explain on what basis you form your belief? All the promises of dividends, stock repurchases etc I can find have turned out to be lies.
