'Our-Street', Concerning BZTG, don't know why any investor in this market, would make investing a personal issue, or on any personal level specifically. Of mistakes investors can make, investing on some personal level, especially in the OTC Markets, is probably the worst, in my opinion.

If any investor considers a companies press release as false or even fraudulent, I would simply suggest moving on to some other company to invest in. Making investing somehow a personal issue, or on a personal level, is definitely the wrong approach for any OTC stock. Maybe they should understand how this market actually works, it's non disclosure and safe harbor statements apply etc, would help.
As everyone should be aware in this specific market, the Pink Sheets is a "speculative marketplace" at best. Very high risk. Nothing is in stone or guaranteed.

As for this company issuing some "stock dividend," all I or anyone can go by, is what is "currently being reported by the company itself." I believe this company recently stating; "There will be no new issue of stock, and the dividend will still occur when the company makes a shift to an Asian Exchange."
