Narvo, yw. Others have given a heads up to me on some nice plays. DVD and prospector on TLTD, Joye on NEOM and I forget who mentioned GENM at .0009 the morning it pr'ed it's 50% share buyback, but all had the right stuff. My SPEA and GLKCE had the low float component which is so key.

Here's my thoughts on GLKCE and needing input from others. I confirmed from the T/A yesterday that the O/S is still 1.1 million. It would be great if one of the officers calls me back to further confirm it and some other questions I have.
Now I'm not blind their past filings of floating new shares, but if the company confirms that the true o/s is what the T/A states and they have not filed or converted any new issuance and don't plan to for a period of time, then this is prima facia evidence of MM blantant wrongdoing. One of my questions will certainly be if they can convert or issue any stock without going throught their transfer agent.

With other stocks, it is believed but not proven that this is going on through nss. With GLKCE, MM's could be blantantly ignoring the orders of a registered Reverse Split! If I confirm the above my thought is to call the DTC or SEC. I'm open to ideas from anyone who else should be notified if this is indeed the case.

If there is some quiet stock issuance that I don't know about that does not pass through the company's T/A then it will be a lesson learned. However, the stock moved so strong in the AM, then even after seeing what appeared to be manipulation in trading on the MM's part from 10:00 am until the closing bell, still finished up ~50% from Thursday's close.

Spring-like weekend ahead. Shine those cars up! : )
