Steve, I have been pointing to what the agreement says, not what some FDIC Q&A talks about. It also says settlements will occur between 180 and 360 days...whoops...I guess it had to have settled because that's what the link says. If you want to get pedantic, clause (3) refers to "market prices". Most of the assets sold by WAMU to JPM were at Book Value. I'm not only partially correct, I'm completely correct. I'm just sorry that no one is actually reading the agreements.
