We do not KNOW the number. We do not know the recoverable legal costs. We do not know the base or "preset amount".

We have statements that are not sufficient to triangulate with great accuracy.

The $50-$70M number does not include certain recoverable legal costs and may include the preset amount.

I am also predisposed to over estimating this factor.

So my informed guess is $70M.

BUT as we all know, none of this matters much. The critical issue is whether TEVA gets approved.
