It appears that the reimbursable sum could be $70M (my current assumption) or greater but it may be as low as $40M per a reputable poster.

How do you come up with that number. Per the Sandoz Court filing they state they spent $50 - $70 million bringing the drug to market and Momenta's 10-K states that Momenta is responsible for a percentage of the expenditiures that are over a preset amount.

Which figure is wrong?
