I called my broker on Tdameritrade on Friday 13th,asking the same question that I see on their Streamer the transaction going like 1.001-1.009 but why I couldn't place order at 1.005?

my guess is the various MM's on the system doing the $1.005 buys and sells.. td can do it on the MM side but not the retail side I am guessing..

somebody may know for sure as I am guessing.
