Please look at the Board of Directors for KaChing KaChing and you will find Ben Mayer. Ben lent DM a considerable amount of money for Earth Biofuels and Apollo Resources. Mr. Mayer swings a mighty large stick and with the recent fraud judgment against DM, someone may have turned up the heat and demanded payment.
