I'm in the same camp with you, its all a bit curious...

The total volume for the last 6mo is really very small as a whole, specifically since mid May, the start of the major share price drop.
In one of my post from last week I had tallied up the total volume from mid Mid may to Aug 2nd, it was about 200m, add in about 65m to bring to today. So a total of about 265m have traded since mid May (3mo approx.).
That would be considered very light for standard pink sheet.

A share price does fall quickly if buying pressure is low or non-existent....but still, just seems a bit to fast for such low volume.

After reading your post (filing) last nite, it occurs to me that there may have been shares given Kaching and they have been selling them? The shares may be / have been price adjusted to SWRS trading share price?

I can't remember if PSC was given shares or cash for their promotion...did they hand off their shares to someone else who has been selling for the last few months?

If the company sold 200m in the last 3 months, they would have gotten perhaps a couple $100k after the mm's cut. If they try to sell 200m at this level they'll be lucky to get $10k - 20k after the mm's cut.
Accordingly, the piggy bank isn't going to put out.

I only did a bit of searching on OTC & Pinksheets last nite for KCKC (Kaching), looks like their stock hasn't traded in a couple months, yet their website is still up and running?

Did Kaching sell the mine to SWRS for shares and passoff of their debt, then proceed to dump their shares killing SWRS share price, with intent to buy back the mine on the cheap when SWRS is desperate?

Curiouser and curiouser....as Alice said..
