ditto that. It could have been handles in a much more civil way.
They could have given him his leeway in a shop of his own to continue down his path towards the mutual goal...SUCCESS! And, gone ahead w/R&D as they saw fit....saving face for all concerned and not putting him so far out of touch/reach.....
