As I have demonstrated repeatedly, the shelf registration has thus far bee less dilutive than all previous fund raising. What happens in the coming weeks is yet to be seen, but currently the conversion price is still well above the $1 previous PIPE and the average above that. All the info is in sticky post #36369.
