For some there is a credibility gap with the management of NNVC and their previous involvements. Anyone has the possiblity of changing and that might be the case. For me, to date there is no evidence that such change has occurred and I feel NNVC remains an insiders club at the expense of shareholders.
Aside from newsletter pumps which took NNVC to $2.64, what actions which management has taken has resulted in value for the shareholder. Is the market wrong regarding NNVC? In fact Dr. Seymour's assurance to some members of this message thread, that the Shelf registration would be good for shareholders has not yet followed through, in fact the share price is close to what it was when the shelf registration was announced.

While shareholders are required to push back their expectations of a share value increase, insiders continue to have a pretty nice 'life style' company to feed their 'greed', IMO.

At this stage in development and the lukewarm results posted my independents, NNVC is way over valued and a fair risk reward price should be well below $1.00.
