AMD began taking delivery of ASML 193nm scanners in July last year. I am sure there are other links that support this.

As I understand it, AMD intended to eventually use UMC for 0.13u non-SOI chips and move Dresden entirely to SOI. I see no evidence, other than your pronouncements, that AMD intends to use UMC for 0.09u at all. Can you provide any support at all for your claim?

Another unsupported claim? I have seen no evidence that all that AMD intends to sell Fab25. The intend is to convert that Fab entirely to Flash production. There is some evidence that Flash is experiencing at least a modest recovery, and Austin could prove to be a very important source of revenue for AMD. I seriously doubt that they have any intent to sell it.
