Ste, Excellent post! I cannot fathom the statements that I hear being made with regards methods of warfare. Do we really expect that a combatant should face us militarily on the battlefield? If they use other means they are cowards? War is awful and when one cannot fight face to face on the battlefield other means will be employed. Our and others invicibilty have forced the ones that we at war with to take the only course open to them which by the way was a course we used without mercy in many instances in the last 60 years. We and our allies have committed the most merciless attacks against civilians the world has ever witnessed and now we whine because others have decided to use the same tactics? The only answer is trying to resolve problems in another way. This is the most difficult of paths but if we do not take it we cannot defend ourselves indefinately and will eventually suffer grievous injury.
