When was the last time the SEC made public workproduct before a case was concluded. You can not FOIA an on-going case because it is still open.

What you shareholders want is irrelevant to the SEC. You seem to think they need to disclose everything they have to the public and they don't. This is a legal matter. In a legal matter neither side shows all their cards before a trial even starts.
