patchman, why is the SEC keeping the Broker Dealer interaction confidential?? Are they keeping it for a rainy day in the court?? Don't you think a deposition of the broker and filing it would provide support for their allegations?? This is serious stuff..SEC and the DOJ dove tailing the SEC.....these guys want to hammer M & M but their filings are really something far from real!!!
