Steve Caliguri, CEO and Chairman

Mr Caliguri has more than 20 years of product development experience and success in bringing innovative products to market in both the consumer market place and the wireless communications industry. His extensive background is expected to enhance the success of Freedom Grill and its ability to execute on it objectives.

Scott Salter, Chief Marketing Officer and Secretary

Mr. Salter has over 23 years of experience in marketing and sales as well as significant achievements in the area of new product launches and product management for technology and consumer product companies.

Ernest LeDuc, Treasurer

Mr. LeDuc recently retired from serving as Chief Technology Officer of Freedom Grill, a position he had held since 2004. He has been associated with design, engineering, quality assurance, and operations in manufacturing for over fifteen years. Mr. LeDuc also has over ten years of executive management experience.

H. Ray Rickard, Director

Mr. Rickard has served on Freedom Grill’s board since 2005. Prior to retiring in 2000, Mr. Rickard held various management positions at Exmark Manufacturing Company with primary responsibilities for manufacturing, financial, administrative, MIS, legal and human resources. Before working with Exmark Manufacturing, Mr. Rickard spent 12 years with Chart House Restaurants where he functioned as Controller, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer.
