1. Dean SPECIFICALLY says in Video Part 1 at http://forums.imaging3.com that the rotating hand is 2D. He says this near the end of the 2D rotating hand demo as he transitions to the 3D skull demo.

2. I think that Dean showing investors the "real time 3D" in action as many are requesting is a great idea. Besides general investor confidence, the following scenarios are benefits:

* - Stock price likely to go up (I would say a minimum of to $1/share). Sure, this is not guaranteed, but if the device does what it claims to do...this would only be logical. This has the benefit of helping the company fund operations. They sold 107M shares last fall to help fund operations netting $2.5M. The company could dilute by a measly 10M shares more and get 4x the cash to fund the company at $1/share. Dean says he has credit facilities lined up to keep the company running through 2010 and 2011, but if you can claim that not having a significant cash cushion is beneficial then we surely just disagree.

* - (A little more out there...but certainly plausible) A foreign company sees the technology for the first time. Maybe it is a foreign company that no one has thought about. They like it so much and believe in it so much they offer IMGG a buyout at $8/share before FDA approval (maybe they will take it through approval in their own country.) I think someone would come into IMGG's office with an AK-47 if dean turned down $8/share today.

There are probable more scenarios.
