There you go again... you are just making stuff up from whole cloth. I have a perfect record of everything Dean has ever said publicly about the DViS or Imaging3 and he has never said or implied the things you are attributing to him. You can be negative all you want, but please stop saying things that are patently false:

1) Dean has not reported any reaction whatsoever by the FDA of the Radiologists Review. How can you sit here and say the "the FDA is not impressed by the radiologist report." That is just false and reckless to spew things like that without support.

2) When and where and based on what can you possibly make the claim that "the FDA keeps asking for a better product" and then to say that that is "according to Dean." That is simply false. The FDA has never once asked for a better product. They have asked questions to help understand the product, they have asked for more data to support Dean's SE claims. They have asked for different language for manuals and intended use statements, but they have NEVER, EVER asked for a "better product." That is so reckless to say something like that as fact.

I do not agree that Dean should put the device on full display before we are able to put it out to the market to start profiting from it. It is too much to ask because it creates numerous risks and the reward is only to calm some people's nerves, and it won't even do that. Remember a year ago, you and all the others were running around screaming about how if Dean doesn't show us 3D images, we're going to burn the building down. It's a scam until he shows us 3D images. He's a thief and a liar until he shows us 3D images. Remember all that nonsense. Well guess what, Dean showed us all some magnificent 3D images... the skull in the video and the unbelievable rotating 3D hand at the end of the video tour. Did that stop the BS yelling and screaming? NO. It just moved the BS yelling and screaming down the road to something else. Dean will never be able to satisfy those whose motives have nothing at all to do with the success of Imaging3, so catering to their demands makes no sense, especially when it comes with it the risks of tipping the competitive balance or causing further FDA Delay. So no I do not agree with you, and good business judgment does not agree with you either.
