I'm interested in details regarding how the DTC issue is being hammered by lawyers and if there is any concrete evidence or proof of any progress. I have not heard about anything being accomplished in that area or any time horizons in terms of resolution of that issue. I have contacted IR twice and have not received any response. I cannot buy or sell in my accounts and other brokerages have refused to accept transfer of my accounts because of the issue of physical certificates and it being a pink sheet stock.
