The stock went down based on many factors. The volume here is minimal and there is no office full of sinister MM's staring at JBII all day. It is all electronic.

Do you really think there is a MM office where, huddled in the corner, a silly discussion about JBII P2O permits is taking place?

There are thousands upon thousands of penny stocks and the MM's make their money off the spread with the share price moving up or down based on supply and demand. Just so happens right now that the sellers outnumber the buyers and the share price moves accordingly because MM's are not interested in holding positions of these crappy penny stocks so they adjust the bid/ask to a level where there is adequate interest from both buyers and sellers.

it has always amazed me that folks would believe that these MM offices are full of people who are following individual stocks just waiting for the right moment to manipulate them...LOL!!!!
