They've been doing this for years.....SOP.......in this case, they know as well as we do what will happen when the permit is approved.....so they will load up when they think they've driven her as far down as they can.......and then let her run back up.......like I said, they've been doing it for years.....most of the time they just drive em to zero.....after they've wash rinsed repeated it as much as they can...........z
