No settlement this weekend. FDIC/JPMC, Weil etal will be delaying as long as possible,imho. I see the examiner after appointment accumulating asset info quickly with the nasty stuff taking longer. The examiner will have access to CPA-type records right from the getgo. Subpoenaes for FDIC,JPMC and Debtor records will take longer.Don't discount our pitbull's role in advising the examiner of needed info and where and how to snoop. SS is the best litigator around, knows all the tricks and wants to get this over with in a reasonable time.
