It seems like everyday there are issues of doubt. I think everyone needs to relax. Susman,UST, and the good judge know what they are doing and im sure the Examiner is going to know where to look right off the bat.

Solomons work will prob be shared and the Ec's third party docs. The examiner will get to the bottom of all the smoking guns and asset values.

Who knows they might settle over this weekend? thoughts?

if not then lets go for that home run because we all know that it is there for the taking.
