The good thing to remember is that it is only "proposed" and not final. Of course, the debtors want to limit the Examiner. I doubt it will stand. If so, I'll be worried.

EDIT: Looks like others are saying it's final. I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer, but it doesn't look all that great to me. I think it limits the Examiner quite a bit, and while the Examiner may eventually get what he/she needs, it seems like it will have to be done through a lot of loopholes. Who knows how long this thing will drag out...
