Actually... It looks as though they are already trying to roadblock the examiner in re-reading. It appears that there can be objections on document retrievals and the parties can get a protective order. I hope the judge crosses those out. These guys will cause more delays any chance they get. The judge needs to step up and make some corrections before signing this.
