They can object and then the Examiner / EC will bring it to her and then she will direct the FDIC / JPM / Rosen, whomever, to turn over the docs!

I believe we are still in excellent shape and the best position we have ever been up to now.

I don't think it's Judge's call.Not a professional but I think the attorney-client privileged is well protected and Judge can't just simply scratch it.
Debtor FDIC/JPM has a lot to hide , especially ,the doc that discussed the strategy .I believe examiner can find a way to get the info but expecting some speedbump ahead.

The judge/court has final say, per #14 last page, kinda negates any wiggle room....At least thats the way I understand it. JMHO.
