Did IH go above and beyond? Certainly.

My point was not that Joe had not earned termination several times over. But that by placing him back in jail (post-termination?) and in essence giving him no real chance to convince us he would not sin again, Matt and Fred treated him inhumanely. I would not have wished that anyone be treated so here. Ever. And that includes Mary.
Doing so negates the honor earned by the previous attempts to aid Joe. If he was terminated and brought back to be subjected to that humiliation, it was wrong to do so. It would always be wrong. He should have been left terminated rather than what we saw the last few days. Especially since that was the end result.
