needdiamonds, I just read the proboards where bhollenegg has repeatedly denied this rumor. With the plaintiff's lawsuit and Delidog being under the microscope, it would be highly doubtful the plaintiffs or Hodges/Smith would sell their certs to Deli for resale. It's just reasonable logic, imo.
That is Pure Bull Stock...None of us sold our CMKX Stock.

Now THIS is questionable!!
Recently I have posted twice that FOIA could help confirm Hodges claim of taxes taken out two days in December 09, which could also lead to a paper trail verifying the allege trust. Now wyatt may be disputing Hodges own info? WTH!!!

tigerherb: (11:42 AM) wyatt11_11: The taxes that were taken out in Dec were from the Connecticut Trust. Not necessarily from CMKX trust. However I believe that when we are paid that it will be tax free."
State taxes may be a different story because they differ from state to state.
That would be a BIG oops, because this is what Al stated in his letter to President Obama --
"Taxes were paid into the U.S. Treasury due on these “Settlements” on December 30th and 31st; distribution of these settlement funds could not legally be withheld past midnight of February 14th, 2010." - Al Hodges Letter to President Obama, May 14th, 2010.
I tend to believe Al did his homework better than that, and would not make that kind of mistake. He has claimed the illegality of the trust being held long after the taxes were paid. That would blow a big hole in his claims and credibility.
