Gregory Cross will not comment on the direction the hearing is headed, all he did was confirm the motion he filed for his firm and what part of the motion meant. We will get no more info on this hearing from them.

The BOD & EC (retaining SUSMAN) are not on the same wavelength.

The EC is fighting the direction the BOD is taking which is trying to screw the equity shareholders.

So to answer your question NO SUSMAN's strategy is to take down the BOD and ROSENCRAP by showing the judge that there is more ASSETS than LIABILITIES which mean the equity shares can not be dumped.

The reason I said the shareholders are not paying SUSMAN is in the off chance that the shareholders are dumped then the money SUSMAN would receive would come from the BONDHOLDERS money.(NOT A SNOWBALLS CHANCE IN HELLLL WILL THAT HAPPEN)IMO
