Some people need to step back from the computer...
take a deep breathe...go for a walk...or watch a funny movie and clear their head...all those toxins are not good for the body...of course I am not an expert...

I am here because I want to be, and thats because I believe there is a possibility that XMDC will work itself out of this hellish time...so I am not on other boards complaining about stocks I don't believe in...
